Connemara Seafoods cultivates its own pacific (gigas) oysters. These oysters are harvested and on entering the plant are graded and selected for specific markets. At Connemara we have a natural production of flat oysters (edulis) also known as the European flat oyster/native oyster off the west coast of Ireland. These oysters are fished and dredged from the seabed and taken directly to our plant. All oysters products are graded and packed and are processed to the highest internal company standards and in addition to any specific customer requirements. Products are packed in user friendly packaging.
