AGANA CIRCLE ENTERPRISES, INC. (ACEI)   is a private corporation established on October 16,  1986. Its primary purpose is to engage in and carry on the business of buy and sell, import, export, trade, barter, distribute or otherwise deal in every and all kinds of merchandise, goods and commodities, such as but not limited to edible oil, crude coconut oil, copra cake, copra, at wholesale or retail, and/or engage in any transactions, venture or activity including toll crushing which are necessary or incidental thereto. 

 
In November 1986, Agana Circle started its operations in distributing and trading of premium quality and doubly refined edible oil under the brand: Cookbest  Cooking Oil.  Since then Agana Circle has been providing quality service to a great number of customers ranging from supermarkets, minimarts and even to sari-sari stores and groceries within Metro Manila and nearby provinces like Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas and the Northern part of Luzon.

Through the years, Agana Circle has expanded its market to some parts of Visayas & Mindanao.

Today, Agana Circle has reached its competitive edge having its product  as one of the top selling brands of cooking oil in the country.
