Our live Abalone are hand picked from the sea bed by experienced licensed divers. Extreme care is taken to preserve the abalone in the best possible condition in our specially designed holding facilities before packing for export.

The fresh abalone are typically packed into 10kg or 12kg sealed styrofoam boxes ready for export. Each box has an ice pack inserted to keep the fish at low temperature during transport.

Our close proximity to major international airports allows us to have the product delivered promptly with minimal time out of the water allowing a fresher product to the end user.
