A Mellito with a rich flowery taste made from pure unrefined honey and herbal extracts from Elder Flowers, Anise and Ylang Ylang. 
 
VIGOROUS SPRING
A Mellito with a vigorous taste made from pure unrefined honey and extracts of Rosemary, Sage, Thyme and Anise.
 
AUTUMN GLOW
A Mellito of slightly astringent taste with a delicately bitter side flavour, earthy in character. Made from pure unrefined honey and herbal extracts of Juniper and Lavender. 
 
SOUTHERN AURORA
A subdued fiery note is characteristic for this Mellito which is made from pure unrefined honey and extracts of Ginger, Sage and Eucalyptus.
