Ingredients: white kidney beans, cranberry beans, lentils, peas, pearl spelt, pearl barley, water salt extra virgin olive oil, onion, celery (all in a variable proportion).
5 minutes in microwave: cook the sachet for 5 minutes at 700 W, after piercing it with a fork. Open it, add a sufficient quantity of boiling water, put in a bit of extravirgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, stir and serve.
10 minutes in a pot: open the sachet, add a sufficient quantity of boiling water and cook on an average heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then put it in a bit of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir again and serve.
