The IFS Food certificate is a Standard for auditing companies that process food or pack loose food products.
The BRC Food certificate is a global Standard that establishes the requirements and recommendations for the handling of food products after the primary production: preparation, manufacturing, transformation, packaging, warehousing, logistics, distribution, handling and sales.
Both certifications are globally recognised quality standards, that strive for the continuous improvement in food safety. In Conseves Ferrer all products are prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients and are constantly monitored by our Quality department.
Our Research & Development team are constantly developing new products to meet the ever changing market trends. The team tests for new flavours, develops recipes and products such as gluten free solutions and focuses on the development of ready to cook meals and ready to eat products.
